All PAAC Chairpersons and Financial Managers are required to attend the annual PAAC training.

We'll go over the important information you'll need for the year, including:

• PAAC financial procedures

• Budgets and MoneyMinder

• Fundraising approval and requirements

• ASB vs. PAAC responsibilities

• Deposits, Cash Count Forms, and reimbursements

• Required PAAC forms and agreements

• Concessions and other fundraising opportunities

• Important contacts and resources

• PAAC leadership transitions and record keeping

• Questions and anything new for the 2026–27 school year

Even if you've served as a PAAC leader before, the annual training is important as each year there are changes/updates.
